Age Limit: Candidates age limit should be between 21 and 40 years as on 01-01-2013. Age relaxation will be applicable as per the rules.
Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess B.A.M.S Degree from recognized university for Post No.1, B.H.M.S Degree from recognized university for Post No.2 and B.U.M.S Degree from recognized university.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on their performance in written test.
Examination Fee: Candidate has to pay the examination fee of Rs.600/- in the form of Cash at authorized MP Online Kiosk or at CSC or fee can be paid through Internet Banking.

6. After submitting the application, an application number will generate after that click on the ‘proceed to payment’ button.
7. Pay the fee through credit card of internet banking,
8. After completing fee payment process computer will generate the receipt which contains the payment and application details.
