Qualifications: i). Any Graduation from a UGC recognised university. PG & professional qualification / CAIIB to be given additional weight age. ii). Minimum 10 years of experience in retail credit / marketing of financial products / branch operations in banks/ HFCs/FIs. Exposure in mortgage lending will be essential. iii). Fluency in Vernacular Language besides English is must. Working knowledge of Hindi will be an added advantage.
