Should have passed Full time MA (HRM) / PG degree/ PG Diploma in Labour Welfare / Industrial Relations & Personnel Management of not less than 2 years duration from a recognised university / institute with minimum 60% of marks in the aggregate of all years / semesters (50% in aggregate for SC/ST/PWD candidates). Candidates should have adequate knowledge of Telugu Language.

Qualifications: Full time Bachelors degree in any discipline with minimum 60% of marks in aggregate of all years / semesters from a recognised university / institute. Should have passed Full time PG degree / PG Diploma in Mass Communication / Advertising / Journalism / Public Relations of not less than 2 years duration with minimum 60% of marks in the aggregate of all years/semesters from a recognised university / institute.
