- Senior Service Engineer
Recruitments:
- BS / BA in Computer Science, math, telecommunications or equivalent education or experience.
- 6-10 years of experience managing high volume web services, Windows Server, and virtualization in a complex, high availability environment.
- Experience troubleshooting complex network faults is a plus.
- Experience in scripting or coding is a plus.
- SDE 2
Recruitments:
- BS or MS degree in Computer Science or related engineering discipline.
- 3+ years of experience in C#/C++ with solid analytical, debugging and problem solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to partner with teams in delivering world class support experience.
- Experience with some of the following: Azure, oData, WebAPI is a plus.

Qualifications:
- Degree in engineering/Science and a minimum of 7 years demonstrated and relevant work experience in the industry.
- Minimum 4 years direct experience with manageability platforms and automation.
- Strong technical knowledge of enterprise networking solutions for very large enterprises.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex network issues in enterprise environments.
- Knowledge of TCP/IP protocols including SNMP, Net flow, RMON, IPSEC, HTTP, and HTTPS.
- Excellent verbal communications and presentation skills.
- Software Development Engineer
