Qualifications:
Must have experience in troubleshooting problems in real-time, interacting with customers and internal support representatives to deliver maximum customer satisfaction.

2 to 5 years of experience in developing and testing desktop security. Products / applications.
In depth knowledge of Windows OS.
Extensive experience with White box and Black Box testing techniques.
Tier 3 Technical Support Engineer
Qualifications: Bachelors degree or diploma in computer science.
Experience: Minimum of 8 years of related experience.
Software Development Engineer in Test
Qualifications: MS/BS degree in computer science or related technical discipline. Experience: Minimum 6 years of software testing and/or development experience in C and C++ is required. Location: Bangalore
