Professor: 06posts Qualification: Doctoral Degree in Post Harvest Technology, Food Engineering, Food Process Engineering, Agricultural Engineering or Food Technology or Chemical Engineering specialized in food process engineering. Doctoral Degree in Bio-Chemistry, or similar qualification preferably with academic work pertaining to Food Processing 2. Associate Professor: 07posts Qualification: (i) Doctoral Degree in Post Harvest Technology, Food Engineering, Food Process Engineering, Agricultural Engineering or Food Technology or Chemical Engineering specialized in food process engineering 3. Assistant Professor: 02posts 1) Food Science/ Nutrition: 01post Qualification: Masters Degree in Food Science/ Nutrition (ii) If Candidates with Doctoral degrees in relevant subjects are available they will be preferred over the Masters Degree holders 2) Agricultural Economics: 01post Qualification: Masters Degree in Agri.
