EDUCATION QUALIFICATION : Qualification is 12t with D Pharm. Computer proficiency with familiarity of Data management and commonly used packages like MS word, PowerPoint and Excel. Minimum 2 years of work experience .

SALARY : Up to Rs . 10250/- per month consolidated in Normal as well as difficult areas .
EDUCATION QUALIFICATION : ANM/ Female Health worker course. Minimum 2 years of work experience. Computer proficiency with familiarity of Data management and commonly used packages like MS word, PowerPoint and Excel .
Filled Application form and original documents in support of academic qualifications and work experience along with the proof of residence and photocopies of the same attested by gazetted officer with two Passports size attested photos shall be required to be produced at the time of interview' Preference will be given to the candidate residing in local area and proof of residence will be required.
