NHAI invites applications for one post of Chief General Manager (Administration and Human Resource) on deputation basis. The period of appointment on selection shall be for an initial period of 3 years, extendable by two more years with the approval of the Government.
NAME OF THE POST : Chief General Manager (Administration and Human Resource) .
TOTAL NO. OF POSTS : 01 Post .
SALARY : The Pay Scale of Pay Band-4 Rs . 37400/- To Rs . 67000) (Grade Pay of Rs . 10,000/- (in CDA pattern) on deputation basis .
EDUCATION QUALIFICATION : Degree of a recognized University. Desirable - Post Graduate Degree / Post Graduate Diploma in Management with specialization in Human Resources/ Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from a recognized University/ Institute; (OR ) Degree in Law from a recognized University/ Institute .
EXPERIENCE : Should be working in an analogous post or the post (General Manager/ Director or equivalent) for at least 6 years on a regular basis; and At least 18 years' service in a Group-'A' post carrying the pay scale of Pay Band-3 (Rs.15600-39100) with Grade Pay Rs.5400/- or higher (in CDA Pattern) on a regular basis; and Out of which at least 12 years experience in Administration/Establishment/ Human Resource/Personnel .
