Drug Discovery Research Centre Translational Health Science and Technology Institute is inviting applications for the recruitment of research scientist and research associates posts from the eligible candidates and the details of the recruitment notification is as given below in brief .

NAME OF THE POST  VACANCY  SALARY AND PAY   AGE LIMIT   EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS  : 

• RESEARCH SCIENTIST E (Chemistry & Pharmacology) = 1 POST  = Rs.37400-67000 + GP Rs.8700  55 YEARS   ESSENTIAL: PhD in Organic Chemistry with at least seven  years post-doctoral experience in the field of drug discovery. Experience of working in pharmaceutical industry, and  expertise in High-content screening platforms, cell culture, pharmacology, assay development for HTS screens and chemical biology. A good understanding of cell biology.
• RESEARCH SCIENTIST – E (Cell and  Molecular Biology)   1 POST   Rs. 37,400-67,000 + GP Rs. 8,700   55 YEARS  ESSENTIAL:  Ph.D. with seven  years of relevant experience in cell  and molecular  biology in the context of disease. Either multi-disciplinary experience  or familiarity with areas beyond the immediate discipline of expertise will be preferred.  Proven expertise  in  high-content screening methodologies
• RESEARCH ASSOCIATES   2 POSTS  Rs.  22,000 to 24,000 (consolidated)  + HRA   35 YEARS   ESSENTIAL: PhD with research experience either in the fields computational and/or mathematical biology, systems biology, pharmacology, drug design and discovery
