State Programme Manager: 01 Post
Qualifications: i). 2 years full time postgraduate degree / diploma in health management / Public Health Management from a reputed institute / university with minimum 3 years post qualification work experience in relevant field. ii). Computer Proficiency: MS office. iii). Excellent communication and presentation skill. iv). Demonstration ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team environment. v). Experience in and ability to plan, implement and evaluate large health / social sector programmes will be main criteria.
Programme Executive: 01 Post
Qualifications: i). 2 years full time postgraduate degree / Diploma in Health Management / Public Health Management from a reputed institute / university. Candidates who are going to pass postgraduate degree / Diploma in Health Management / Public Health Management within the next 3 months may also apply. ii). Computer Proficiency: MS office. iii). HR Executive:
Qualifications: i). 2 years full time postgraduate degree / Diploma in Management with specialisation in Human Resource Management / Personnel Management from a reputed institute / university with minimum 3 years post qualification work experience in relevant field. ii). Candidates must have exposure to manpower planning, selection and recruitment, industrial relations, performance management system, training and development, HR interventions etc. iii). Computer Proficiency: MS office. iv). Excellent Communication and Presentation Skill.
