    Qualification: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or similar.
    Experience: 3+ years experience knowledge and experience of customer service practices.

    Sr. Engineer - Quality and Test
        Qualifications:
        Knowledge on any telecom open system protocols like GDI, SOAP etc.
        SOAP, CORBA, Diameter, Unix / Perl scripting. Functional working knowledge of any Telecom Product.
        Should have 3-5 years experience in product testing.
    Location: Chennai
    Services Engineer
        Qualifications:
        Bachelor of Science in IT, telecom or equivalent, plus at least 3 years of telecommunications experience.
        Experience with technical trouble shooting.
        Good written and spoken English.
        Candidate must have good GSM understanding.
        Location: Gurgaon

        Qualification:
        Engineering degree.
        Knowledge of Networking and WAN technologies.
