Applications are invited for the following positions on contract basis in the Sub-mission for STs in RYK under APSTCFC Ltd. (TRICOR), Hyderabad.
State Mission Manager: 01 Post
Qualifications: i). Postgraduation in Business Administration, Mass Communication, Social Work, Rural Management from a premier institute / university. ii). Candidates having qualification from the following institutes will be given preference – i. IIMs, XLRI, Goa Institute of Management, S.P Jain Institute of Management, Symbiosis University, University of Pune. ii. IRMA, XIMB. iii. TISS, XISS. iv. Other institutions of National/ International repute, who stand on a higher footing in terms of compensation offered, will be considered on a case to case basis. iii). Candidates with International qualification shall be given additional preference. iv). An overall experience of ten years out of which five years should have been in development sector and should have handled a top management position. v). Experience in rural development or forest management will be given preference. vi). In-depth knowledge and committed towards the development sector. vii). Proven experience in project management, formulation of budgets and building network. viii). willing and able to travel extensively. xi). Good oral and written communication skills in English and Telugu.
District Manager: 01 Post
Qualifications: i). Postgraduate or Graduate in Rural Management from a premier institute / university. ii). Minimum 2 years of related work experience preferably in Government department, desirable. iii). in depth knowledge and passion for development sector. iv). Ability to lead a team of professionals and community resource persons at the district level. v). Proven experience in project management, formulation of budgets and building network. vi). willing and able to travel extensively.
Assistant (Placements): 08 Posts
Qualifications: i). Graduate or Postgraduate. ii). Minimum 2 years of related work experience preferably in Government department. iii). In-depth knowledge and passion for development sector. iv). Proven experience in trainings. v). willing and able to travel extensively. vi). Good oral and written communication in English is essential and Telugu is preferred.
