NIH, Roorkee seeks application from Indian nationals for the
post of Research Interns at Roorkee
as well as in the regional centers at Guwahati and Bhopal . The post is meant
for the young learning mind to what up the skill.
There are 12 positions
Qualification:
The basic qualification varies from post to post. But the
overall qualification needed is 1at class BE/B Tech in Civil Mechanical,
Metallurgical, Chemical and Agricultural Engineering, 1st Class Msc
in Physics, Chemistry, earth science etc. There are provisions for the first
class degree holders in Mass Communication with the knack of technical paper
writing as well.
Age :
25 Years. It may relaxed for SC/ST/OBC/Physically
Handicapped/ Female candidates upto 5 years.
Stipend:
Rs 15,000 consolidated for 3 years. No other allowances will
be provided. It can be extended after 3 years depending upon the requirement
and the performance of the students.
Mode Of Selection :
It is based on, 1. Academic record 2. Aptitude Test ( If required),
3. Performance of the interview.
