XLRI PGCBM and PGCHRM with HCIL Admissions 2013 General instruction for admission to "Postgraduate Certificate in Business Management" (PGCBM), "Postgraduate Certificate in Human Resource Management" (PGCHRM) of XLRI, Jamshedpur.
Programme Objectives : PGCBM
i) To expose the participants to the various theories and practices of Business Management.
ii) To equip the participants with tools and techniques with which they can handle their current business tasks better and in an effective manner.
iii) To give the participants a holistic perspective of Business Management so that they can shoulder greater responsibilities in their future career.
iv) To get tuned to the latest developments and best practices prevalent in the current economy.

i) To give participants an understanding of problems and issues in the field of Human Resource Management.
ii) To learn the critical elements of Human Resource Management processes.
iii) To equip participants with the required depth and balance of technical and managerial knowledge that will enable them to function successfully in their chosen field.
Name of the Course : PGCBM & PGCHRM Eligibility :
** Graduation from a recognized university.
** Minimum of 2 years of work experience after completing graduation.
** Performance in personal interviews.
** Basic knowledge of computer.
To get admission into Certificate course of Virtual Interactive Learning programme of XLRI Jamshedpur, candidates have to submit the Application Form both Online and Hard copy, along with one recent passport size photograph stapled in second page of application form.
Fee : Application money 1500/- (inclusive of ST) can be paid either through demand draft (drawn in favour "XLRI, Jamshedpur" payable at "Jamshedpur") or through online payment gateway after successful registration.

2. After successful registration candidates has to fill SOP online with the help of their XSAT ID and password, which they will receive on their e-mail ID.
