1. Senior Manager (Law): 01post Qualification & Experience: Graduate Degree in Law (Professional) with minimum 60% marks with minimum 13 years of work experience in the legal department in an executive position of a company. The candidate should have work knowledge in the areas relating to Foreign Exchange Management Regulations, Global tender documents scrutiny / export /import/shipping contracts, Contract administration, Drafting, finalizing and vetting of Joint Ventures/Technical Services/Foreign Collaboration Agreements, Litigation/ Co-ordination with Legal Counsels/ Solicitors, familiar with Indian/ International Arbitration proceedings would be preferable. Candidates applying from PSU’s should be working minimum in the position of Manager in IDA pay Scale of 36600-62000/. 2. Manger (Shipping): 01post Qualification & Experience: Graduate in Engineering/ Science/B.Sc(Nautical Science)/ MBA /PG Diploma in Shipping Management ( 2 year course) with minimum 8 years in Oil /Tanker/Shipping in Executive position a) in a reputed shipping company preferably with minimum four years experience in commercial shipping or relevant experience in an Oil company. OR b) Master Mariner with minimum 2 years post qualification experience out of total 8 years in Oil tanker Shipping Company. OR c) Relevant experience in an Oil Company. Candidates applying from PSU’s should be working minimum in the Dy. Manager in IDA Pay Scale of 32900-58000/. 3. Manager (Retail Engineering): 01post Qualification & Experience: Engineering Graduate with at least 10 years post qualification experience, out of which 3 years must be in planning and construction of retails outlets of an Oil Company. Experience of construction & Maintenance of depots/terminals will be an added advantage. Candidates applying from PSU’s should be working minimum in the Dy Manager in IDA Pay Scale of ` 32900-58000/- 5. Manager (Real Estate): 01post Qualification & Experience: Law Graduate(LLB) with at least 10 years post qualification experience, out of which at least 3 years must be in field of acquiring or managing real estate for any company. Experience in drafting legal contracts/ agreements related to retail and channel sales in Oil industry will be an added advantage. Candidates applying from PSU’s should be working minimum in the Dy. Manager in IDA Pay Scale of ` 32900-58000/. 6. Manager (Petrochemical Sales): 01post Qualification & Experience: Engineering graduates with at least 10 years post qualification experience, out of which 3 years must be in the field of polymer sales in India. Experience of Technical support for users of Polymers to end users would be an added advantage. Candidates applying from PSU’s should be working minimum in the Dy. Manager in IDA Pay Scale of `32900- 58000/. 7. Dy. Manager (Technical Sales): 01post Qualification & Experience: Engineering Graduates with at least 7 years post qualification experience, out of which 3 years must be in the field of polymer sales in India. Experience of Technical support to users of polymers to end users would be an added advantage.
