  1. FABRICATION ASSISTANT -SHEET METAL WORKER  : 147 POSTS == Pass in SSLC, ITI (NTC) in the respective trade and National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC).
  2. FABRICATION ASSISTANT - WELDER : 53 POSTS ==Pass in SSLC, ITI (NTC) in the respective trade and National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC).
  3. OUTFIT ASSISTANTS - FITTER PIPE PLUMBER : 116 POSTS ==Pass in SSLC, ITI (NTC) in the respective trade and National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC).
  4. OUTFIT ASSISTANTS -  DIESEL MECHANIC : 37 POSTS ==Pass in SSLC, ITI (NTC) in the respective trade and National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC).
  5. OUTFIT ASSISTANTS -   INSTRUMENT MECHANIC : 14 POSTS ==Pass in SSLC, ITI (NTC) in the respective trade and National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC).

 SALARY AND PAY : Consolidated pay of Rs. 14000/-pm and compensation for extra hours of work limited to Rs. 4200/- pm.

AGE LIMIT : Age shall not exceed 30 years as on 30 April 2013 relaxable by  5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD.

SELECTION PROCESS : Walk in interview and practical test will be conducted  from 0900 Hrs to 1300 hrs beginning  from 15 th April 2013 to 30th April 2013 at Cochin Shipyard Indoor Stadium, Thevara.The above is tentative schedule and may vary depending upon receipt of application through online and other administrative grounds
